We'll even help you determine exactly how much alcohol to purchase so you don't overbuy or run out.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! The Maple Bean is fully insured, and our bartenders are trained to provide safe, responsible beverage service. We proudly serve weddings, private parties, corporate events, showers, graduation parties, and celebrations throughout Northeast Ohio.

How far do you travel?

We are based in Chardon, Ohio, and proudly serve events throughout Northeast Ohio, including Geauga, Cuyahoga, Lake, Summit, Medina, Portage, and Stark Counties.

Events within our standard service area are included in our pricing. Planning a celebration outside Northeast Ohio? We'd be happy to discuss travel options and provide a customized quote.

Do you offer coffee/expresso bars?

Yes! Our mobile coffee/expresso bar is one of our most popular services. We serve freshly brewed coffee or expresso with a variety of flavored syrups, creamers, sweeteners, and seasonal specialties. It's the perfect addition to weddings, corporate events, showers, brunches, and dessert receptions.

Do you offer mocktails and dirty sodas?

We do! Whether you're planning a family-friendly event or want something unique for your guests, our handcrafted mocktail and dirty soda bars are always a hit. We offer custom menus that can be tailored to match your event theme, colors, or favorite flavors.

Can you serve large weddings?

Yes! Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering of 25 guests or a celebration with several hundred guests, we'll recommend the appropriate number of bartenders and create a beverage service plan designed specifically for your event.

What happens if it rains?

Because we're a mobile service, we simply ask that an appropriate covered area be available if your event is outdoors. We'll work with you and your venue before your event to ensure everything is set up safely and your beverage service runs smoothly, rain or shine.

How much ice do I need?

The amount of ice depends on your guest count, beverages being served, and the length of your event. Don't worry—we'll provide a personalized shopping guide with recommended ice quantities, along with your alcohol and mixer recommendations, so you're fully prepared. You can add this to your package and let us take care of the ice. 

Do you provide mixers and garnishes?

Yes! We provide the mixers, syrups, juices, garnishes, bar tools, cups, napkins, straws, and supplies included with your selected package. During your planning meeting, we'll review your beverage menu together so you'll know exactly what is included and whether any additional specialty ingredients are recommended.

Can you help us determine how much alcohol to purchase?

Absolutely! Every mobile bar booking includes personalized beverage planning. We'll provide an easy-to-follow shopping guide based on your guest count, event length, and beverage selections to help you purchase the right amount without unnecessary waste.

Do you provide cups?

Absolutely! Every mobile bar booking includes cups tailored to your eveny and your needs. We come stocked and fully prepared for you to enjoy your event without the worry of restocking cups and refreshment.
